Schultz, Assistant Registrar, is Deputy Dean and Professor
of Ponk (Pop/Punk) at The University of Angst/Urbana Graduate School
of Unrequited Musicianship. Professor Schultz has previously worked
with a number of harmony slingers including Fourth Grade Nothing and
Bob Rising & Scenario Ltd. His rocking and research activities
focus on rhythm guitar, vocals, and e-commerce security analysis.

Rich
Schultz, Comptroller, specializes in vocals and derivatives
valuation cases. His recent work has focused on guitar, both rhythm
and lead, as well as keyboard in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining YesMen, he spent his time as a musician in Stop
the Ride Inc., Glutton GmbH, and Bob Rising & Scenario Ltd.
He holds a Ph.D. in Rockology from The University of Dastardly Comeuppance.

McCarty, Plant & Facilities, is a drummer and percussion
manager. He specializes in skin-smacking quantitative valuation. Prior
to joining YesMen, he was involved with The Fork and Pony vs Tiger,
a market-neutral, curve-neutral experimental outfit. He held positions
with Fakir LLC as Senior Pony-Tailed Hipster and Bob Rising &
Scenario Ltd. as vice president of backbeats and over-the-counter
rock paradiddles.

| Patrick
Bromley, Accounts Payable, specializes in microeconomics
and fat bass grooves. He served as a rhythm, four-string, and capital
appropriations consultant with the Krenger Institute. Mr. Bromley
is active in YesMen’s special education youth program, “Grab
a Bass and Dance with Me, Fool [2002]!” He holds MBA and Ph.D.
degrees from the Sonic Institute. Previously he worked as a third-party
tunesmith for various U.S. Government agencies.

Sprenger, Vice-Chairman, serves as an expert in antitrust,
Slayer-like riffage, and complex plectrum syncopation. Mr. Guitar’s
experience includes work involving Glutton GmbH, pharmaceuticals,
and Reptilicus. He testifies on both tapping and bending inquiries.
In addition, Mr. Guitar has been actively involved in head-banging
litigation matters on behalf of the Department of Death Metal. He
has also served as a lecturer at The University of Whammy Bars.

Adamick, Manager, has worked in the music management industry
for over fifty years. He has provided expert testimony on dozens of
matters involving tours, web service, and conformity assessment. The
principal proponent of capitalistic merch displays, fan-friendly outerwear,
and vinyl promotional advertisements, he was formerly Vice-President
of Skullduggery for Bolf USA.
